I MADE A TEST SERVER WITH 1 MAP, AND WENT THROUGH THE STAGING STEPS, AND IT WORKS!!!

SO NOW I GOTTA COMPARE AND FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO!

BUT I'M POSITIVE I CAN GET IT WORKING!

SERVER IS FINALLY *EXPLETIVE* ONLINE!

SORT OF... ONLY THE STARTING MAP AND QUAERVARR.
AND I WOULDN'T SIT ON ANY PLACEABLES IF I WERE YOU - YOU WILL GET STUCK

BUT GIVE ME A BREATHER WILL YOU... ENTIRE SERVER WILL BE ONLINE IN A FEW DAYS

To clarify a bit, the breakthrough here isn't in the server itself. It's that the auto-downloader is now functioning. It was some corrupted files or something, so Max essentially tore the mod completely apart and will be systematically re-adding each map until the source of the problem is isolated and dealt with. The server that's online now is basically the same as the test server Max had up last week--Quaervarr and nothing else. But it auto-downloads now, and he will be importing the rest of the maps over the next few days.

Now all we need is that database file!

can somebody test out the server right now?

In terms of the files that are auto-downloaded, it might be a good idea to rename all of them so that they start with SM_ or something.

I logged in with a non epic character today, and everything seemed just great. I am happy to be back.

It took me a good week to figure out the Autodownloader. As much as I would like to oblige your request, I am too afraid to mess something up. You are gonna have to live with it.
